Again, it is a night shot lit by artificial lighting. On image #2, there is a lot of blue of various shades, including a man in a royal(?) blue T-shirt and also a large billboard with an image of the sky. Yet the entire jersey prints out an ugly purple.Īnd dispensing with the icc and using printer colour management (which I assumed would be at its best for such a standard paper) produced almost exactly the same result, though very slightly better - brighter and more saturated greens and bright red. produces scattered traces -dots - of out-of-gamut colour warnings. On image #1 there is only one significant area of blue -a man in s bright blue soccer jersey mainly lit by the (actinic?) street and "daylight" fluorescent lighting of a kiosk he is passing, soft proofing the "canned" Epson Lustre icc.

How about telling us your actual printer settings.Īre you printing through an ICC profile for the paper / printer / ink through Lightroom? Any suggestions about whay I may be doing wrong. Qhat should be blue tend to come out as light purple.
